Check the dispatch email or text from the retailer — it almost always names the courier. If it only gives a number, paste it below and we'll match its shape.
Ordered from China, the EU or the US? Your parcel usually changes hands at the UK border — DHL, UPS and FedEx carry it internationally themselves, while other parcels pass to Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel for the last mile. The tracking number often changes too, so the number in your first email may stop working and a new UK number takes its place. Find which courier takes over in your retailer's dispatch messages, then use that courier's page here.
Start with the guide that matches your problem — each one tells you who to contact (sender or courier) and when, so you don't waste days chasing the wrong company.
Type its name in the search above and pick it from the list — its page explains the number format, services and statuses.
On the courier's page, enter your tracking number exactly as the sender gave it — spaces and letters matter.
If a status confuses you — “in transit”, “at depot”, “attempted delivery” — the courier pages on this site explain what it means and what to do next.
No. TrackParcels is an independent UK directory that explains tracking numbers, delivery times and statuses for Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Parcelforce, Yodel, DHL, UPS, FedEx, InPost, DX, APC Overnight, DHL eCommerce, DPD Local, CitySprint, GLS, ArrowXL, Whistl, Asendia, Landmark Global, USPS, La Poste, Deutsche Post, Japan Post, J&T Express, Ninja Van and SkyNet Worldwide Express.
First check the number is entered exactly as the sender gave it — one wrong letter is the most common reason. Then allow up to 24 hours from posting for the first scan: a label can be created before the parcel is handed over. If it is still not recognised after that, contact the sender.
Not necessarily. Tracking often pauses between scans — while a parcel is in transit, at a depot, or waiting for customs. If there is no update for 3 working days on a UK delivery (longer for international), contact the sender first; only the sender can raise a claim with most couriers.
No. Your number stays in your browser. We do not ask for your name, address or email to track a parcel.
