Privacy Policy
TrackParcels is a small, independent UK parcel-tracking directory. This policy explains — in plain English — what we collect (almost nothing), what we don't, and how advertising works on this site.
Last updated: 26 October 2026.
The short version
We don't ask for your name, address or email to track a parcel. The tracking number you type stays in your own browser — it is never sent to our servers and never stored. We don't run accounts, and we don't currently run analytics. The only data that may be collected about you comes from advertising cookies, covered below.
Tracking numbers
When you type a tracking number into the search box on a courier page, the number is used only in your browser to build a link to that courier's official tracking site. It is not sent to TrackParcels, not stored in a database, and not shared with anyone. Closing the page removes it entirely.
What we collect
Almost nothing. We do not collect names, addresses, email addresses or payment details. We do not run user accounts. If you email us (see our Contact page), your email address and message go to our inbox so we can reply — we don't share them, sell them, or add you to any list.
Analytics
We do not currently run any analytics on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Cookies
This site itself sets no cookies. Cookies may be set by third parties, as described in the advertising section below.
Advertising
TrackParcels is free to use and is supported by advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, users can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.
Advertising may use cookies to measure how ads perform and to limit how often the same ad is shown. We do not control those third-party cookies and we do not receive personal information about you from them.
Links to other websites
This site links to official courier websites (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Parcelforce, Yodel and others) so you can track parcels there. Those sites have their own privacy policies and cookie practices, which we do not control. Please read their policies when you visit them.
Children's privacy
This site is a general-audience directory. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we collect no personal information from anyone through the tracking tool itself.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site changes — for example, if analytics or advertising is introduced. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change, and significant changes will be described here.
