DHL Express tracking

International express delivery — 10-digit waybills, On Demand Delivery and 1,600+ Service Points.

DHL Express is the DHL most people mean — international parcels by air, tracked with a 10-digit waybill. The confusion starts because there is a second DHL in the UK, and the two do not share a tracker.

Track your DHL Express parcel

Enter your DHL Express tracking number below.

10 digits, for example 1234567890. All DHL Express shipments have a 10-digit tracking number — if yours is longer, it almost certainly belongs to the eCommerce service, not Express.

Two DHLs in the UK — which one is yours?

DHL Express runs international express delivery — a 10-digit waybill, tracked on this page's tracker. DHL eCommerce UK (formerly DHL Parcel UK) is the other one: 14-digit numbers.

Evri bought DHL eCommerce UK and the deal completed on 1 October 2025 — the network is due to be rebranded “Evri Premium – a network of DHL” (Evri's annual report says 2027), but for now it still runs as DHL eCommerce UK and is tracked separately at track.dhlecommerce.co.uk. DHL Express cannot help with eCommerce parcels: DHL's own tracking page says so. If your number is not 10 digits, it is almost certainly eCommerce, not Express.

One more tell: a DHL driver's calling card after a missed delivery has a 7-digit number — that belongs to the eCommerce service, not Express.

Your DHL Express tracking number

10 digits, for example 1234567890. All DHL Express shipments have a 10-digit tracking number — if yours is longer, it almost certainly belongs to the eCommerce service, not Express.

Example format: 1234567890 — that is a shape, not a real parcel. Enter your own number exactly as the sender gave it: a single wrong letter is the most common reason a tracker says “not recognised”.

The number is the waybill number on the shipping label or in the sender's dispatch email. If the tracker says the number is not recognised, first check the digit count — 10 digits is Express, anything longer is almost certainly the other DHL.

Missed a delivery? Rearrange it with On Demand Delivery

If nobody is home, the driver leaves a card — and you don't have to wait another day hoping. From On Demand Delivery on the DHL Express site, using your 10-digit number, you can pick another day, leave safe-place instructions, or arrange collection from a Service Point.

You can also track by phone on the automated line — 0844 248 0844, open 24/7 (say “track a parcel”). And DHL's WhatsApp digital assistant is available 24/7 on +44 1163 265750 — start a message with “Track” and your 10-digit number.
