TrackParcels is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Parcelforce, Yodel, InPost or any other courier. Courier names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used here only to identify them.
Information is checked, not guaranteed
We check tracking-number formats, contact details, delivery times and status meanings against the couriers' own official sources, and we correct mistakes when readers point them out. Even so, couriers change services, phone numbers, opening hours and delivery times without notice — so information on this site may be out of date, and it is not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. Always check the courier's own website for the final word.
Tracking happens on the official courier sites
TrackParcels does not track parcels itself. When you enter a tracking number, you are sent to the courier's official tracking site, and the result — or lack of one — comes from the courier, not from us. We cannot change a delivery, find a lost parcel, or raise a claim on your behalf.
Delivery aims are aims, not guarantees
Delivery times on this site are the couriers' stated aims for each service, not promises. Bank holidays, bad weather, strikes and busy periods (especially Christmas) can add days. We publish no prices: delivery costs change and depend on the service, size and destination — check with the courier or the sender.
No liability for delivery outcomes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackParcels is not liable for any loss, delay or damage connected with a parcel, a delivery, or any action taken on the basis of information on this site. If a parcel is lost or damaged, the sender — usually the retailer you bought from — is the one who can raise a claim with the courier.
