Landmark Global tracking

The cross-border consolidator behind your overseas order — LTN tracking, then Royal Mail finishes the job.

Landmark Global never delivers a parcel to a UK door itself. It is a cross-border consolidator: it collects parcels from online shops, flies them in bulk to the destination country, clears customs, and hands them to a local carrier for the last mile — usually Royal Mail in the UK.

Track your Landmark Global parcel

Enter your Landmark Global tracking number below.

Landmark Tracking Number (LTN): the letters LTN followed by 8–10 digits — for example LTN62000715. Some parcels booked via resellers carry a 12-digit numeric number instead. The tracker takes up to 25 numbers at once, separated by commas.

The courier you never see

Landmark Global never delivers a parcel to a UK door itself. It is a cross-border consolidator: it collects parcels from online shops, flies them in bulk to the destination country, clears customs, and hands them to a local carrier for the last mile — usually Royal Mail in the UK, sometimes Evri depending on routing.

That is why the tracking goes quiet for days mid-journey (no scans while the parcel is in line-haul or customs), why a second local tracking number can appear after handover, and why Landmark's own support page tells you to contact the seller, not them, when something goes wrong. If your number starts with LTN, this is your tracker — but the seller, not Landmark, is your contact.

Landmark Global is the cross-border arm of Belgium's postal group — bpostgroup renamed itself bnode on 9 December 2025, and Landmark Global is one of its three business units. Landmark's own website still calls it “bpost Group”. Founded in California in 2004; part of the bpost group since 2016.

Your Landmark Global tracking number

Landmark Tracking Number (LTN): the letters LTN followed by 8–10 digits — for example LTN62000715. Some parcels booked via resellers carry a 12-digit numeric number instead. The tracker takes up to 25 numbers at once, separated by commas.

Example format: LTN62000715 — that is a shape, not a real parcel. Enter your own number exactly as the sender gave it: a single wrong letter is the most common reason a tracker says “not recognised”.

An order number or payment reference is not a tracking number — ask the seller for the LTN. The tracker takes up to 25 numbers at once, separated by commas. A second local number can appear after handover — it works on the local carrier's tracker.

The one Landmark product aimed at UK senders rather than businesses.

Delivery aims are the courier's stated aims for the service, not guarantees for every parcel. Bank holidays, bad weather and busy periods (especially Christmas) can add a day.

Landmark also handles international mail for businesses and returns management for its business customers — recipients route returns through the seller. Landmark's core service is international parcel delivery for businesses (B2B): recipients are not Landmark's customers — the e-shop is.

What each Landmark Global status means

StatusWhat it meansWhat to do
Label created / Data receivedThe merchant created the label; electronic data exists. This is NOT proof Landmark physically has the parcel.Wait for the first physical scan; ask the seller when the parcel was handed over.
Accepted / Processed at Landmark hubParcel received at the origin international gateway, weighed and scanned.Nothing to do — the parcel is in the network.
Departed origin gateway / In air transitConsignment on a flight toward the destination country.Expect a multi-day gap with no scans here — that is normal.
Arrived at destination / In customsParcel landed in the UK and is being processed by customs. Arrival is NOT the same as customs release.Check with the seller whether import information or a charge is outstanding.
Customs clearedClearance complete; parcel staged for handover to the local carrier. The handover scan comes next.
Handed over to local carrierTransferred to Royal Mail (or Evri) for the last mile; a local tracking number may appear from here.Follow the local carrier from here — the number works on their tracker.
Out for deliveryWith the local carrier, on its way to your address.Be ready — delivery is today.
DeliveredDelivery scan recorded. If it says delivered and you have nothing, check safe places, neighbours and household members first, then ask the seller to escalate.
Exception / failed delivery / returnDelivery could not be completed.Follow the local carrier's delivery notice, or contact the seller.

These are the typical scan milestones from two independent tracking guides — Landmark's own on-screen wording could not be captured without a real tracking number, so treat these as meanings, not quoted tracker text.

Parcel stuck or delayed — what to do

  1. Check the number first: an LTN number (LTN + 8–10 digits) belongs here. An order number or payment reference is not a tracking number — ask the seller for the LTN. Remove accidental spaces; the tracker takes up to 25 numbers separated by commas.
  2. No result at all: the label may only just have been created — label creation is not proof Landmark has the parcel. Allow time for the first physical scan, then ask the seller when the parcel was handed over.
  3. No update for days: normal on this network. Scans happen at stages — hub, flight, customs, handover — not daily. A gap during line-haul or customs processing is expected. Do not treat a gap as a loss until the seller's stated delivery window has passed.
  4. Stuck at customs / 'arrived' but nothing moves: arrival at the UK gateway is not customs release. Check with the seller whether import information or a charge is outstanding.
  5. Lost, damaged or wrong item: contact the seller. Landmark's official FAQ says so for all three cases — the seller 'will be able to provide you with the most accurate information, initiate any necessary investigations, and liaise with us if needed.' Keep the packaging and photograph any damage.
  6. Address change: only possible before the parcel has been processed (i.e. before it has a label). After that, no address change is possible — contact customer service for details.

General number from Landmark Global's website footer (Belgium). No UK recipient phone line or opening hours are published — recipients are asked to contact the seller first, or email Landmark via its customer-support page.

If you are the recipient and the parcel is lost or damaged, contact the retailer/sender first — most couriers only accept claims from the sender.

Landmark Global tracking — FAQs

What is a Landmark Tracking Number (LTN)?

Landmark's own identifier for your parcel: the letters LTN followed by 8–10 digits, for example LTN62000715. Your seller/merchant gives it to you; enter it at track.landmarkglobal.com. An order number is not a tracking number.

Who delivers my Landmark Global parcel in the UK?

Landmark Global itself doesn't. It flies your parcel to the UK, clears customs, and hands it to a local carrier — usually Royal Mail, sometimes Evri depending on routing. The handover shows in the tracking, and a local tracking number may appear after it.

Why hasn't my Landmark tracking updated for days?

Tracking updates at stages (hub, flight, customs, handover), not daily. Gaps during the flight and customs are normal. Only chase it once the seller's delivery window has passed — and chase the seller, not Landmark.

My parcel is lost or damaged — who do I contact?

The seller (the e-shop you bought from). Landmark's own support page says lost, damaged and wrong-item cases go through the seller, who starts any investigation with Landmark.

Can I change the delivery address or arrange redelivery?

Address changes are only possible before the parcel is labelled; after that, no. For a missed delivery, follow the driver's instructions or contact Landmark customer service — but not all services offer redelivery or pickup, and once Royal Mail has the parcel, Royal Mail's own options apply.
