Ninja Van tracking

The Shopee parcel that changes hands before it reaches you — one NV number, two trackers, and a UK partner Ninja Van never names.

A Ninja Van parcel to the UK is never delivered by Ninja Van in the UK. Ninja Van is a Southeast Asian last-mile specialist — its cross-border services fly the parcel out of Asia and hand it to a local partner for the final leg, and Ninja Van does not tell you who that partner is. Your job is threefold: use the right country's international tracker, read “Transferred to logistics partner” as the handover rather than a problem, and expect 9–12 working days plus customs — with the seller, not Ninja Van, as the escalation route.

Track your Ninja Van parcel

Enter your Ninja Van tracking number below.

12–16 alphanumeric characters, usually NV + a 2-letter origin code + digits — NVSG for Singapore, NVMY for Malaysia — for example NVSG1234567890.

The Shopee parcel that changes hands before it reaches you

Ninja Van (founded 2014, headquartered in Singapore) runs last-mile networks in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam, and cross-border delivery to 46 countries including the UK. A UK recipient is usually waiting on a Shopee or Lazada marketplace order, or a parcel sent from Malaysia or Singapore via Ninja Van's cross-border service.

That handover into the unknown is the whole page. Ninja Van's own pages say only “door to door delivery” and “trusted partnerships” — the UK partner is never named, and there is no second website to switch to once the parcel changes hands. The Ninja Van tracker is the only tracker you are given; if it stops updating after the handover status, that is the expected end of Ninja Van's visibility, not necessarily a lost parcel.

The number's country code is the routing clue: NVSG… means Singapore origin (SG international tracker, +65 support); NVMY… means Malaysia origin (MY international tracker, +60 support). No other page on this site needs you to decode the number just to find the right website.

Your Ninja Van tracking number

12–16 alphanumeric characters, usually NV + a 2-letter origin code + digits — NVSG for Singapore, NVMY for Malaysia — for example NVSG1234567890.

Example format: NVSG1234567890 — that is a shape, not a real parcel. Enter your own number exactly as the sender gave it: a single wrong letter is the most common reason a tracker says “not recognised”.

A second shape also appears on marketplace parcels: NV + digits + country suffix (e.g. NV0012345678SG). And a marketplace reference without an NV prefix can also be valid — a store may assign its own reference, and the fastest way to confirm is to enter it in the tracker. A shop order ID is not automatically a tracking number, but do not assume a non-NV number is definitely wrong.

You will find the number in the seller's shipping confirmation email, on the marketplace order page (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop — the most reliable place), in an SMS or app notification from Ninja Van, or on the label barcode.

⚠️ Wrong tracker = “invalid” number

Every Ninja Van market splits domestic and international tracking onto separate pages. An international parcel entered on the domestic tracking page returns nothing, and vice versa — this wrong-page mix-up is the commonest reason a valid number looks “invalid”. Use the international tracker for your parcel's origin country: Malaysia at ninjavan.co/en-my/international/tracking, Singapore at ninjavan.co/en-sg/international/tracking. Whether each tracker accepts the other country's numbers was not verified — steer by origin and do not promise cross-acceptance.

Ninja Van services & delivery times

Ninja Flexi (Singapore-origin, to UK)
9–12 working days

Ninja Van's published per-destination standard for the UK, from its carrier data. An aim, not a guarantee — customs and the UK handover add days nobody can predict.

Malaysia cross-border service (44-lane)
7–12 days

Door-to-door service launched September 2025, 44 new lanes / 46 destinations. The UK is a destination; delivery within 7–12 days depending on destination.

Ninja Van x UPS (Malaysia walk-in)
UPS Worldwide Express 1–2 business days

A different product: the parcel travels on UPS's network, not Ninja Van's. If you were given a UPS number, the UPS page on this site is the right tracker.

Delivery aims are the courier's stated aims for the service, not guarantees for every parcel. Bank holidays, bad weather and busy periods (especially Christmas) can add a day.

If your parcel went by the Ninja Van x UPS walk-in service, it travels on UPS's network — a UPS number belongs on the UPS page. No prices on this page: Ninja Van publishes no public UK price list. Domestic services in the origin country (Singapore Standard 1–3 working days; Malaysia domestic within 3 working days after pickup) are context only — they describe the parcel before it leaves Asia, not the UK leg.

This is Ninja Van's own status glossary, published on its official Malaysia tracking page — paraphrased tightly, with the playful phrasing cut. The glossary sits on the domestic page but includes the cross-border statuses; the international tracking page itself carries no glossary.

Parcel stuck or delayed — what to do

  1. Number shows nothing / “invalid”: check the number character by character — remove extra spaces; a marketplace reference is not always the Ninja Van ID, so copy the ID exactly as the seller or marketplace shows it. Check you are on the right tracker: an international parcel entered on the domestic tracking page returns nothing, and vice versa — and a Malaysia-origin parcel belongs on the MY international tracker, a Singapore-origin one on the SG international tracker. Allow time: international shipments can take a few days to appear in Ninja Van's system after the seller creates them. If it still does not work after a few days, contact the seller or marketplace — they may have more tracking information.
  2. Tracking stops at “Transferred to logistics partner”: this is the UK handover. Ninja Van does not name the UK partner, so there is no second official website to switch to. Try the same number on a universal tracker (17TRACK, Ship24, Parcel Monitor — all support Ninja Van) in case the partner's scans surface there; if they show nothing either, the parcel is still in transit between networks. Allow the full service aim — Ninja Flexi 9–12 working days, MY cross-border 7–12 days — plus UK customs time before treating it as lost. Ask the seller for the UK partner's name or a second tracking number; only the seller holds the contract with Ninja Van.
  3. Status is “Held at customs facility”: wait — this is customs inspecting the parcel, and Ninja Van says it will keep the recipient posted. Be ready for a UK customs charge: import VAT is charged on all goods except gifts worth £39 or less, and customs duty on goods worth more than £135 (or excise goods of any value). Ninja Van's Ninja Flexi terms add a UK-specific rule: maximum declared value €150 for the UK, “UK VAT rules apply”, and no delivery to Guernsey, Jersey or the British Virgin Islands. Who collects any UK charge — Ninja Van, its UK partner, or Royal Mail — was not verified, so do not pay anyone who contacts you out of the blue.
  4. Delayed beyond the service aim: the usual causes are long-distance overseas travel, peak-season volume (mega sales), force majeure (severe weather, natural disasters) and customs complications. Contact Ninja Van via NinjaChat or the origin country's support email/phone with the tracking number ready — but expect to be asked to go through the seller for a formal investigation.
  5. Shows “Delivery completed” but nothing arrived: check safe places and with neighbours first. Contact the seller/marketplace immediately — Ninja Van's own pages route recipient problems to the seller, and claims are normally raised by the shipper. Do not expect photo proof of delivery: whether UK deliveries carry photo or signature proof was not verified.

Redelivery and collection — the honest split

While the parcel is with Ninja Van, the rules are Ninja Van's: if you miss the first delivery attempt, it is automatically rescheduled for the next working day, and you can also request a redelivery via NinjaChat or customer service. Up to 3 delivery attempts in total; if all 3 fail, the parcel is returned to the seller — contact the seller to discuss getting it again.

Collection points (Ninja Points) exist — 800+ in Singapore, 135+ in Malaysia — but they are origin-country drop-off and pick-up points. There are no Ninja Points, lockers or collection points in the UK, so the “Arrived at collection point” status does not apply to a UK delivery.

Once the parcel is with the unnamed UK partner, redelivery and collection follow that partner's rules — which cannot be stated because the partner is not named. The page says this plainly rather than copying Ninja Van's 3-attempt rule onto the UK leg.

⚠️ Scam warning — a “Ninja Van” message asking for money is not from Ninja Van

Ninja Van publicly warned in June 2023 about scammers impersonating its employees on WhatsApp to run fake surveys. Ninja Van says it only contacts customers via official channels: NinjaChat, its verified social media and WhatsApp accounts, or email addresses ending in ninjavan.co. A “Ninja Van” message asking for a fee or a survey link is not from Ninja Van.

Ninja Van tracking — FAQs

How do I track a Ninja Van parcel coming to the UK?

Enter the NV tracking number on Ninja Van's international tracking page for the country it was sent from: Malaysia (ninjavan.co/en-my/international/tracking) or Singapore (ninjavan.co/en-sg/international/tracking). Do not use the domestic tracking page — an international number returns nothing there. No account is needed.

How long does Ninja Van take to deliver to the UK?

Ninja Flexi aims for 9–12 working days to the UK; Ninja Van Malaysia's cross-border service aims for 7–12 days depending on destination. Both are aims, not guarantees — customs checks and the UK handover can add days. Parcels sent via the Ninja Van x UPS walk-in service are faster (UPS Worldwide Express, 1–2 business days) but travel on UPS's network instead.

Who delivers my Ninja Van parcel in the UK?

Ninja Van does not name its UK delivery partner. The tracker shows “Transferred to logistics partner” at handover, and that may be the last scan Ninja Van shows. Ask the seller for the UK partner's name or a second tracking number.

Will I have to pay customs charges on a Ninja Van parcel?

Possibly. Import VAT applies to goods (except gifts worth £39 or less); customs duty applies above £135 (gov.uk). Ninja Van's Ninja Flexi terms cap the declared value for UK parcels at €150 and note UK VAT rules apply. Who collects any charge was not verified — do not pay anyone who contacts you out of the blue (see the scam note below).

What happens if I miss my Ninja Van delivery?

Ninja Van automatically reschedules a missed attempt for the next working day, and makes up to 3 delivery attempts in total. After the third failed attempt the parcel is returned to the seller — contact the seller to discuss getting it again. You can also request a redelivery via NinjaChat or customer service.

Why does my Ninja Van tracking number say invalid?

Usually one of three things: you are on the domestic tracking page instead of the international one; you are on the wrong country's page (Malaysia vs Singapore); or the number is not in Ninja Van's system yet — international numbers can take a few days to appear. Check the number exactly as the seller gave it, then ask the seller.
