J&T Express tracking
Asia's giant courier, four months into the UK — Temu parcels, JTUK numbers, and the depot stall explained.
You ordered from Temu and the parcel was handed to a courier you have never heard of, with a number starting JTUK, a tracker that stalls at a depot, and a phone line that rarely answers. That is because J&T Express — a giant in Asia, moving over 100 million parcels a day — only soft-launched in the UK in June 2026 and is still building its network.
Track your J&T Express parcel
Enter your J&T Express tracking number below.
JTUK followed by 12 digits on UK Temu deliveries; JT followed by 12 digits, or 12 digits, on other J&T parcels.
The courier that arrived before its reputation did
J&T Express is the Southeast Asia-founded global express carrier (founded in Jakarta in 2015, listed in Hong Kong in 2023), and its UK arm, J&T Express UK Ltd, soft-launched in June 2026. Four depots are secured — Magna Park Lutterworth, Rochdale, West London and Cumbernauld (opened October 2026) — and UK last mile is a mix of its own depots and contracted delivery partners.
The flow that matters is Temu. Trustpilot's J&T EXPRESS UK LTD page (466 reviews, 1.2/5) is dominated by Temu recipients: parcels sitting at the local depot for days with no updates, “out for delivery” lasting days, delivery photos used by Temu to decide refunds, and a phone line and live chat that reviewers report as hard to reach. This page does not editorialise — but its stuck steps are written for that reality: the depot stall is the single most common UK experience, and the seller is often the faster route to a refund or reshipment than J&T UK support.
Two J&Ts, two legs of one journey: the parcel starts with J&T International, the cross-border arm, and finishes with J&T Express UK. Track it on the UK site — jtexpress.uk — and check Temu's own tracking too; Temu's feed is sometimes fresher than J&T's site.
Do not use jtexpress.co.uk
jtexpress.co.uk is not J&T's UK site. The real one is jtexpress.uk — the UK operation's website, where the Track & Trace page lives.
Your J&T Express tracking number
JTUK followed by 12 digits on UK Temu deliveries; JT followed by 12 digits, or 12 digits, on other J&T parcels.
Example format: JTUK123456789012 — that is a shape, not a real parcel. Enter your own number exactly as the sender gave it: a single wrong letter is the most common reason a tracker says “not recognised”.
You will find the number on the Temu or marketplace order page (the “logistics” / tracking section), in the dispatch email or SMS from the seller, or on the shipping label. A marketplace order ID is not a tracking number — ask the seller for the J&T number. Formats depend on the service and the issuing party, so use the exact identifier supplied: a number starting JTUK means the parcel is on J&T's own UK network, not handed to Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel.
J&T Express services & delivery times
J&T's cross-border service: one door-to-door order with customs guidance, 24/7/365. The 7–22 business day range is a tracking site's estimate for the UK, not J&T's promise — J&T publishes no UK delivery-time promise.
Delivered by J&T's own depots and contracted delivery partners. No redelivery, collection-point or locker process is published.
Temu shows its own J&T scan feed inside the app — sometimes fresher than J&T's site. Temu's delivery window is the marketplace's estimate, not J&T's.
Delivery aims are the courier's stated aims for the service, not guarantees for every parcel. Bank holidays, bad weather and busy periods (especially Christmas) can add a day.
No prices on this page: J&T publishes no public price list.
What each J&T Express status means
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Shipment Created / Shipment information received | The label exists; J&T has no scan yet. | Wait for the first pickup scan. |
| Picked Up / Accepted | J&T has the parcel. | Nothing to do — the parcel is in the network. |
| In Transit / Departed sorting center | Moving between facilities or line-haul legs. | Gaps between scans are normal on the international leg. |
| Arrived at Facility | Reached a sorting centre, depot or local branch. In the UK this is often the local depot. | Per UK reviewers, this is the scan where parcels then sit for days — see the stuck steps below. |
| Customs or export processing / Import Customs Clearance Started | Under export, import, security or data review. | Watch for tax, ID or document requests; the seller may need to supply documents. |
| Out for Delivery | With the local courier for final delivery. | UK reviewers report this scan lasting days — it does not mean the parcel will arrive that day with this carrier. |
| Delivery Attempted / Delivery exception or failed attempt | Delivery could not be completed (address, access, contact or operational issue). | Read the detail line; arrange redelivery or pickup via J&T UK or the seller. |
| Delivered | Delivery scan recorded. J&T UK takes delivery photos. | If the parcel is not actually there, check the photo and the seller's dispute route. |
| Returned / Returned to sender | Moving back because delivery, customs or address resolution failed. | Contact the seller if this was unexpected. |
| On Hold | The parcel is stopped at a facility (routing errors or vehicle delays are typical reasons). | A hold means stopped, not lost — but only J&T or the seller can say why. |
J&T publishes no status glossary — these are the usual J&T International tracking labels from independent tracking sites, not J&T's own published wording.
Parcel stuck or delayed — what to do
- Tracking shows nothing, or only “Shipment Created”: check the number — JTUK + 12 digits, JT + 12 digits, or 12 digits. A Temu order ID will not work. Allow 24 hours for the first scan to appear. If it never moves, only the sender can check with J&T — ask the seller.
- Tracking stops at a UK depot / “Arrived at Facility” for days: this is the most reported UK experience with J&T in October 2026 — parcels sit at the local depot with no updates while the network beds in. Check the same order in the marketplace app (Temu shows its own J&T scan feed, sometimes fresher than J&T's site). Allow the full delivery window — tracking sites estimate 7–22 business days from Asia to the UK — plus a few days. If the window has passed, contact J&T UK (0333 888 0016 / support@jtexpress.uk) and, in parallel, the seller, who can escalate and, if needed, refund or reship.
- “Out for Delivery” for days: UK reviewers report this lasting 2–5 days. Contact J&T UK and ask which depot holds it; if it does not arrive, raise it with the seller — the marketplace's delivery guarantee is what actually pays out.
- Tracking says “Delivered” but nothing arrived: check the delivery photo — J&T UK couriers photograph the drop (Temu shows the photo in the order). Check safe places, neighbours and the whole property: reviewers report parcels left on pavements, outside buildings and at wrong addresses. If the photo shows somewhere that is not your address, or no parcel is there, dispute it with the seller immediately — Temu decides refunds on the delivery photo.
- Address problem: contact J&T UK fast — one reviewer was told their correct address “could not be delivered”. Address corrections go through the seller; J&T will not change an address on a recipient's say-so alone.
- Held in customs: import VAT is charged on all goods except gifts worth £39 or less; customs duty is charged on goods worth more than £135 (or excise goods of any value). For goods worth £135 or less bought online, the seller should already have included VAT in the price. Most Temu parcels are low-value marketplace orders, so a UK customs fee is uncommon — but if a fee notice arrives, pay the named handler (not J&T) before the parcel is released.
- Genuinely missing: only the sender can start a J&T inquiry or claim. A UK recipient's route is the seller's refund/reshipment process — Temu's, in practice. Keep packaging, photograph damage, keep value evidence.

No redelivery, no collection — say so plainly
J&T Express UK publishes no redelivery, collection-point or locker process: nothing on its UK site, nothing in reviewer reports, nothing in tracking-site FAQs beyond asking the sender or J&T about redelivery or pickup. What is verified: J&T UK delivers to the door and photographs the drop; reviewers report parcels left outside with no neighbour attempt.
If a delivery fails, contact J&T UK support or the seller — do not go looking for a depot-collection option that does not exist. (J&T's home markets do have drop points and app-based pickup scheduling — those are not UK services and do not apply here.)
Contact J&T Express
Customer servicesJ&T Express UK, 0333 888 0016, support@jtexpress.uk. No opening hours are published. Expect long waits — reviewers report the phone often unanswered and live chat busy. For refunds or reshipment, contact the seller. Note: this number comes from J&T's Trustpilot business listing — J&T's own site publishes no contact details, so if it doesn't connect, contact the seller (e.g. Temu).
If you are the recipient and the parcel is lost or damaged, contact the retailer/sender first — most couriers only accept claims from the sender.
J&T Express tracking — FAQs
Why is my Temu parcel being delivered by J&T Express?
Temu uses J&T Express UK for UK deliveries. J&T is a large Asian courier (founded 2015, over 100 million parcels a day) that soft-launched in the UK in June 2026 and is building its own depot network — so your parcel is delivered by J&T itself, not Royal Mail or Evri.
What does a JTUK tracking number mean?
JTUK followed by 12 digits is the number for parcels on J&T's own UK network. Older J&T numbers start with JT followed by 12 digits, or are 12 digits alone. Enter it on jtexpress.uk — and check Temu's own tracking too.
Why has my J&T tracking not updated for days?
The most common reason is the parcel sitting at a UK depot waiting for a delivery round; reviewers report this lasting days while the new network beds in. Allow the full delivery window (tracking sites estimate 7–22 business days from Asia to the UK), then contact J&T UK or the seller.
Who do I contact — J&T or Temu?
For delivery questions, J&T Express UK: 0333 888 0016 or support@jtexpress.uk (no hours published; expect waits). For a refund, reshipment or a lost parcel, contact the seller — only the sender can raise a claim with J&T.
It says delivered but I have no parcel — what do I do?
Check the delivery photo in your Temu order, plus safe places and neighbours. J&T couriers photograph the drop; if the photo shows the wrong place or no parcel is there, dispute it with the seller straight away — the photo is what Temu uses to decide refunds.
