ParcelBrokerParcelBroker tracking
Booked through ParcelBroker, carried by DHL, DPD, UPS or another household name — track it with your MPS order number, and know which company actually has your parcel.
You booked with one company and your parcel travels with another. ParcelBroker has sold discounted courier bookings since 2006 — it consolidates thousands of customers' parcels through single accounts with DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx and others, and provides the customer service so the couriers don't have to. That single fact explains every tracking question: the MPS number is ParcelBroker's, the number on the label is the carrier's, and the two trackers answer different questions.
Track your ParcelBroker parcel
Enter your MPS order number — it starts with MPS, and the box on ParcelBroker's site comes pre-filled with it. This is not the carrier's tracking number on the label.
Your ParcelBroker MPS order number — it starts with MPS (the tracking box comes pre-filled with it). The exact digit count is not published. This is not the carrier's tracking number, which is on the label and tracks on the carrier's own site.
ParcelBroker is the broker, not the carrier
ParcelBroker is the broker, not the carrier — your parcel travels with DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, Parcelforce, Palletways, Pallex or TNT. ParcelBroker has no vans, no depots and no delivery rounds, so every redelivery option, locker and depot below belongs to the carrier that carries your parcel, not to ParcelBroker.
Two numbers, two trackers
Every ParcelBroker booking produces two references. The MPS order number is ParcelBroker's own reference — it works only on parcelbroker.co.uk/track, where the tracking box arrives pre-filled with “MPS”. The carrier's tracking number is on the printed label and in the booking or dispatch email — it works only on that carrier's own tracker. The commonest ParcelBroker tracking failure is entering the wrong number on the wrong site: a carrier-format number returns no result on ParcelBroker's tracker, and the MPS number belongs only to ParcelBroker's tracker. Find the MPS number in your booking confirmation email or on your ParcelBroker account/order page; find the carrier number on the label.

Example format: MPS123456 — that is a shape, not a real parcel. Enter your own number exactly as the sender gave it: a single wrong letter is the most common reason a tracker says “not recognised”.
If the tracker says “No tracking information yet”, the order is recognised but has no tracking events yet — normal before collection. Nothing appears until the parcel is collected, and it can take an hour or two after collection for the first update. Once the parcel moves, the tracker shows the carrying carrier's scans in that carrier's own wording.
ParcelBroker services & delivery times
Domestic UK delivery plus export and import to over 220 countries. Every price is a live quote for a specific parcel, weight and route — ParcelBroker publishes no price list.
Small, mini, next-day, express, oversized and large pallets, carried by Palletways, Pallex and other pallet networks.
Same-day, next-day and Saturday services. Collection from home or business, or drop-off at a Post Office or shop where the chosen service allows it.
Daily shipper rates and ParcelBroker Pro for regular shippers (3+ domestic parcels a day). Every service includes £25 liability cover; extra cover up to £1000 can be added at booking.
Delivery aims are the courier's stated aims for the service, not guarantees for every parcel. Bank holidays, bad weather and busy periods (especially Christmas) can add a day.
What ParcelBroker tracking statuses mean
ParcelBroker publishes no status glossary of its own, so this page invents no status table. Its tracker shows the carrying carrier's scans in that carrier's own wording — the one ParcelBroker state verified is “No tracking information yet”, meaning the order is recognised but has no events yet. Once your parcel moves, read its statuses on the carrier's own page: DPD tracking, DHL tracking, UPS tracking, FedEx tracking or Parcelforce tracking. Palletways, Pallex and TNT travel under their own pages when they exist on this site.
Parcel stuck or delayed — what to do
- If tracking shows nothing, remember you cannot track until the parcel has been collected — ParcelBroker's own words are that its tool 'can only advise the last recorded location of your parcel, it unfortunately cannot tell you where your collection driver is.' Once collected, allow an hour or two for the first update; this is quite normal.
- If there is still nothing the day after collection, double-check with the person overseeing the collection that it took place successfully, and double-check that the label provided by the website was used. If collection took place as requested or a different label was used, contact ParcelBroker as soon as possible — a failed or wrong-label collection is the broker's to investigate, not the carrier's.
- If collection itself fails, contact ParcelBroker's support team to cancel and re-book with a suitable carrier. Overweight, oversized or unsuitable items found after collection may be returned to you or charged additional fees and surcharges.
- If the parcel is delayed in transit, the carrier holds the parcel, so the carrier's tracker (via the carrier tracking number) is the source of truth; ParcelBroker's tracker relays the same scans. If the delay is unreasonable, raise it with ParcelBroker — complaints are acknowledged within 1 working day, and must be raised within 90 days of the incident.
- If the parcel is lost or damaged, claims go through ParcelBroker (the booking contract), with the £25 inclusive liability cover — up to £1000 if extra cover was bought. Glass and ceramics are not insured against damage, however well packaged.
- If it says delivered but you have not received it, check the carrier's tracker with the carrier tracking number first — the carrier's proof of delivery and calling-card record are the evidence. The driver posts a calling card stating where the parcel was left.

Redelivery, collection and drop-off — the carrier's options
ParcelBroker itself offers no redelivery round, no lockers and no depot collection — it has no depots, no vans and no delivery rounds. What the carrier pages on parcelbroker.co.uk itself state: DHL tries to post the item, or leaves it with a neighbour or in a suitable secure place, and posts a calling card with instructions to arrange redelivery. DPD offers delivery to a neighbour, an alternate delivery date, a secure location, or collection from a local DPD drop-off point — all free of charge — plus a one-hour Predict window. TNT lets the recipient rearrange delivery through its online portal. For collection from you, the driver usually arrives between 8am and 6pm (DHL) or 9am and 5.30pm (TNT), and someone must be available to hand the parcel over — it cannot be collected if left outside with nobody available. Some services allow drop-off at a Post Office or a shop, service dependant; no ParcelBroker-branded drop-off network exists, and there are no lockers.
Contact ParcelBroker
Shopper supportParcelBroker has no phone line — the 0871 number listed on directory sites is retired. Email help@parcelbroker.co.uk or use live chat / the contact form (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00, replies within 90 minutes in office hours). For the parcel's journey once collected, the carrier that moves it can also help.
If you are the recipient and the parcel is lost or damaged, contact the retailer/sender first — most couriers only accept claims from the sender.
ParcelBroker tracking — FAQs
How do I track a parcel booked through ParcelBroker?
Enter your MPS order number on parcelbroker.co.uk/track. The box comes pre-filled with 'MPS' — add the rest of your order number. If it says 'No tracking information yet', the parcel has not been collected or no scans exist yet; check back after collection.
What is my MPS order number — and is it the same as the tracking number?
No. The MPS order number is ParcelBroker's own reference for your booking; the tracking number on the label is the carrier's (DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, Parcelforce, Palletways, Pallex or TNT). The MPS number only works on ParcelBroker's tracker; the carrier's number only works on the carrier's tracker.
Why does my ParcelBroker tracking show nothing?
Nothing appears until the parcel is collected, and it can take an hour or two after collection for the first update. If there is still nothing the day after collection, check the collection happened and the ParcelBroker label was used — then contact ParcelBroker, because a wrong label or a failed collection is the broker's to investigate.
Who do I contact about a ParcelBroker parcel — ParcelBroker or the carrier?
ParcelBroker for the booking, the collection, a wrong label, or a complaint (email help@parcelbroker.co.uk, live chat, or the contact form; Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00). The carrier for the parcel's physical journey once collected — its tracker and its redelivery options.
What is ParcelBroker's phone number?
It does not publish one any more. The 0871 288 5741 number listed on directory sites is retired — it is commented out of ParcelBroker's own website. Email help@parcelbroker.co.uk or use live chat; the operations team aims to reply within 90 minutes during office hours.
My parcel is stuck — who pays if it is lost or damaged?
Claims go through ParcelBroker, which includes £25 liability cover with every service (extra cover up to £1000 can be bought at booking). Complaints are acknowledged within 1 working day; raise them within 90 days of the incident.
