OMC Couriers tracking

The courier formerly known as Fastway NI — same Antrim depot, same label numbers, NI next working day and ROI in 1–2 days via GLS Ireland.

Search “Fastway NI tracking” in late 2026 and you find a dead domain, a collapsed Irish namesake, and a rebrand notice — and the parcel still tracks, on a different website, with the same label number. In 2026 the Northern Ireland business that traded as Fastway NI for almost 23 years became OMC Couriers: same Antrim depot, same team, same label numbers, new name.

Track your OMC Couriers parcel

Enter your 12-character label number exactly as printed on the label or receipt. OMC Couriers is the new name for Fastway NI — your Fastway label number still tracks here.

12-character label number — usually 2 letters + 10 digits. Enter it exactly as printed; OMC publishes no fixed format rule.

Your Fastway label number still works

OMC Couriers is the new name for Fastway NI — your Fastway label number still tracks here, on omccouriers.com/track/. No account or postcode is needed. The rebrand changed the paint, not the plumbing: the tracking box still carries the old Fastway code underneath, which is why a label from before the rebrand resolves exactly as before.

The rebrand, and the collapse that did not touch NI

OMC Couriers' own rebrand notice says it plainly: “After almost 23 years as OMC Couriers t/a Fastway NI, we're excited to begin a new chapter as OMC Couriers. While our name has changed, our team, service and commitment to our customers remain exactly the same.” The company behind it, OMC Couriers Limited (NI044016), has been the operator all along — incorporated 30 August 2002, active, at the same Antrim address. The Fastway name was a trading name under a franchise, which is why the NI business could survive its parent's collapse and rebrand independently. That collapse is real and worth one line: in October 2025 Fastway Ireland's parent, Nuvion Group, went into receivership and Fastway Ireland ceased trading on 28 October 2025 with around 300 jobs lost. The Northern Irish business was unaffected — but it lost its way of handling parcels bound for the Republic of Ireland, and the GLS Ireland partnership below is how that gap was filled. The exact rebrand date is not published, so this page says “in 2026” and no more precise than that.

Your OMC Couriers tracking number

12-character label number — usually 2 letters + 10 digits. Enter it exactly as printed; OMC publishes no fixed format rule.

Example format: AS1599538525 — that is a shape, not a real parcel. Enter your own number exactly as the sender gave it: a single wrong letter is the most common reason a tracker says “not recognised”.

Your number is on the parcel label, the lodgement receipt, or the retailer's dispatch or shipping confirmation email. The tracker takes the label number only — an order number will not resolve. Enter it exactly as printed: OMC publishes no fixed format rule for NI labels, and the 2-letters + 10-digits shape is the usual pattern corroborated across the wider Fastway system, not a hard rule. The tracker accepts any string and answers “Consignment not found” for unknown ones, so a typo looks identical to a parcel that has not been scanned yet — copy carefully.

OMC Couriers services & delivery times

Northern Ireland delivery
Next working day

NI next working day, every working day — OMC's stated aim, not a guarantee (its own terms say delivery times are estimates given in good faith).

Republic of Ireland delivery
1–2 working days

Via GLS Ireland, from its Dublin hub plus 11 regional depots (Kerry, Donegal, Portlaoise, Dundalk, Mayo, Limerick, Waterford, Roscommon, Cork, Galway and Gorey). No GLS page exists on this site yet.

Great Britain (onward carriers)
Via Parcelforce / Royal Mail

OMC owns no GB mainland network — GB-bound freight is handed to Parcelforce (max length 1.1 m, max cube 2.2 m) or Royal Mail (max 45×35×16 cm, 2 kg). See the Parcelforce tracking page or the Royal Mail tracking page for those legs. No GB delivery time is published.

Business courier solutions
Tailored / quote

Tailored business delivery for retailers and trade, from the homepage service list. No consumer send-a-parcel product is advertised; the site is B2B-led (quote and enquiry form, weekly parcel volumes).

E-commerce & returns
Tailored

Returns for retailers and trade. For free returns, claims go to the supplier, not OMC.

Delivery aims are the courier's stated aims for the service, not guarantees for every parcel. Bank holidays, bad weather and busy periods (especially Christmas) can add a day.

GB parcels travel with another courier

OMC owns no GB mainland network, so a parcel bound for Great Britain leaves OMC's hands: Parcelforce takes parcels up to 1.1 m long and 2.2 cubic metres, Royal Mail takes smaller ones up to 45×35×16 cm and 2 kg. Once handed over, track that leg on the Parcelforce tracking page or the Royal Mail tracking page.

Reading the tracker

Each scan also shows the hub name or code, the courier or worker code, and the label number. The tracker shows hub and courier codes, not plain-English depot names — the hub code is the depot that scanned it. These status labels come from the tracking page's own code, since OMC publishes no consumer status glossary.

Parcel stuck or delayed — what to do

  1. If tracking shows nothing or “Consignment not found”, check the label number is copied exactly as printed — the tracker takes the label number only, and an order number will not resolve. Allow time for the first scan: nothing appears until the parcel is physically collected and scanned. If it still shows nothing after the expected delivery day, email admin@omccouriers.com.
  2. If tracking stops after “Picked Up” or “Reached Hub”, long gaps are ordinary in transit, especially across weekends. OMC defines delay as 5 days past the agreed delivery date — before that point the parcel is within its estimate window; after it, the sender should chase OMC by email.
  3. If it says “Delivery Attempted”, the courier could not deliver. If the address was unattended, the courier may either leave the parcel at a safe location (clean, dry, sheltered, out of public view) where the contract allows it, or place it in storage at the owner's risk and notify the consignor or consignee electronically — with the consignor liable for any subsequent redelivery charges. Check safe locations and porches, check email (including spam) for the storage notice, then contact the sender or OMC.
  4. If it says delivered but nobody was home, the parcel was most likely left at a safe location: unless agreed otherwise in writing at booking, residential parcels travel without a signature requirement, so the courier may leave the parcel without one. The delivery record includes a photo, geo-location and timestamp — ask the sender or OMC for the delivery evidence before assuming a loss.
  5. If the parcel was left with a neighbour, GB-bound parcels may be delivered to a neighbouring address within a reasonable distance, with a Customer Contact Card left at the specified address. Check with neighbours and look for the card.
  6. If the parcel is damaged, notify the carrier and submit a fully completed Claims Form within 14 calendar days of notification, keeping the damaged goods available for inspection. A supplier's invoice must accompany any claim; a sales invoice is not accepted.
  7. If the parcel is lost, a fully completed Claims Form must be submitted within 28 days of the date delivery should have been made. For free returns, claims go to the supplier, not OMC.
  8. If the parcel is returned to sender, the contract is between the sender and OMC — the recipient's remedy is with the retailer or sender (refund or reshipment), not with OMC directly.

Redelivery, depot collection and safe locations

There is no online rebooking: if a parcel went into storage after a failed delivery, redelivery is arranged via the consignor, and the consignor is liable for redelivery charges. The recipient's route is the sender or retailer, or OMC by email. Depot collection is possible where agreed — the carrier may release the consignment to anyone presenting as the consignee or their agent, on proof of delivery — but collection is by prior agreement, not a walk-in service; the depot is Unit 3a Norfil Business Park, Randalstown Road, Antrim BT41 4LD. OMC has no locker network and no drop-off shops — it is a B2B courier network, not a shop drop-off network, and must not be confused with Parcel Connect, the Irish consumer drop-off brand that belonged to the collapsed Irish group.
