HIVED tracking

The electric courier your shop chose for you — live tracking, a 2-hour delivery window, and chat-only support.

You didn't choose HIVED — the shop you ordered from did. It delivers for Uniqlo, Zara, Nespresso and John Lewis, entirely with electric vans and lorries. As the recipient you get a live map, a delivery window that updates as the driver works through the route, and three attempts before the parcel goes back.

Track your HIVED parcel

Enter your Tracking ID — it arrives by email or text once HIVED has collected your parcel. Your postcode is optional.

HIVED calls it a Tracking ID. The shape shown on HIVED's own tracker is like WC2B5QD-11718-ALL — a 7-character segment, 5 digits, then 3 letters, separated by hyphens. Your ID arrives by email or text once HIVED has collected your parcel from the retailer.

There is no phone number

HIVED publishes no phone number anywhere — not on its site, not in its help centre. If you need help, use the live chat bubble on the help centre (9am–8pm, seven days a week) or email support@hived.space. Don't waste time searching for a number that doesn't exist.

Live tracking and the 2-hour window

Once the driver leaves the depot with your parcel, the tracking page shows live tracking — the driver's real-time progress, a 2-hour delivery window that updates as the driver works through the route, and how many stops are left until your place in the queue. You get three messages from HIVED: when the parcel is collected from the sender, on the day of delivery (with the window and live-tracking access), and when delivery has been attempted. Delivery photos and notes appear on the tracking page and in the delivery email.

Your HIVED tracking number

HIVED calls it a Tracking ID. The shape shown on HIVED's own tracker is like WC2B5QD-11718-ALL — a 7-character segment, 5 digits, then 3 letters, separated by hyphens. Your ID arrives by email or text once HIVED has collected your parcel from the retailer.

Example format: WC2B5QD-11718-ALL — that is a shape, not a real parcel. Enter your own number exactly as the sender gave it: a single wrong letter is the most common reason a tracker says “not recognised”.

Your Tracking ID arrives by email or text once HIVED has collected your parcel from the retailer — not before. If you haven't received it, check the email and phone number on your order confirmation, check spam, and remember HIVED only sends it once it has the parcel.

HIVED services & delivery times

Same-day delivery
Same day

Ordered through the retailer, Monday–Friday. On the day, the tracker shows a live 2-hour window and how many stops are left.

Next-day delivery
Next day

The retailer chooses the service at checkout. HIVED publishes no clock times — only the live window on the day.

Two-day delivery
Two days

Same electric fleet, same live tracking, same three attempts.

Delivery aims are the courier's stated aims for the service, not guarantees for every parcel. Bank holidays, bad weather and busy periods (especially Christmas) can add a day.

Parcel stuck or delayed — what to do

  1. If your tracking page is not updating, the parcel is probably not out for delivery yet. When it goes out, you get an automatic email and text — if those arrived and the page still does not move, contact support via live chat.
  2. If you haven't received any email or text, check the email and phone number on your order confirmation and check spam. HIVED only sends updates once it has the parcel from the retailer — if it should have it by now, contact support with your full name and postcode ready.
  3. If you missed the delivery, HIVED automatically tries again tomorrow — and will try a neighbour if you are out. You can also reschedule or set a safe place or preferred neighbour from the 'Delivery preferences' section of your tracking page.
  4. If the parcel was marked delivered but you have nothing, check the delivery notes and photos on the tracking link first, then neighbours, your building manager or household members — and if the address in the photo is unrecognisable, contact support and they will investigate.
  5. If only part of your order arrived, check the individual Tracking ID for each package. For a missing item inside a delivered parcel, contact the retailer — as the delivery partner, HIVED cannot issue refunds or send replacements.

Delivery preferences — safe place, neighbour, reschedule

From the tracking page's ‘Delivery preferences’ section you can reschedule to a chosen day (free — the page updates immediately), add delivery instructions, or set a safe place or preferred neighbour, with a “Save for future orders” toggle for that address. Two limits: perishable parcels cannot be rescheduled (use a safe place or neighbour instead), and the delivery time itself cannot be changed — support can't manually change it or prioritise a delivery; rescheduling to another day is the only time change. Address changes go through live chat, and only if the new address is inside the coverage area.

Where HIVED delivers

Greater London (inside the M25) plus Brighton, Bristol, Bath, Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton and Portsmouth — expanded in 2025. Collection from retailers is nationwide, but delivery is only inside that area. Parcels are limited to 60 × 60 × 60cm and 20kg, and no fragile items. There are no lockers, no collection points and no drop-off — HIVED collects from sender warehouses and delivers to the door only. No international delivery, and the Channel Islands aren't covered. Birmingham and Manchester are planned for 2026, not confirmed.

HIVED has no phone number. Live chat on the help centre, 9am–8pm, seven days a week, or email support@hived.space. For a missing item inside a delivered parcel, contact the retailer — HIVED can't issue refunds or replacements.

If you are the recipient and the parcel is lost or damaged, contact the retailer/sender first — most couriers only accept claims from the sender.

HIVED tracking — FAQs

How do I track my HIVED parcel?

Enter your Tracking ID on track.hived.space — your postcode is optional. Your Tracking ID arrives by email or text once HIVED has collected your parcel from the retailer; the tracking link is in those emails too. No account or login needed.

What does a HIVED Tracking ID look like?

The shape shown on HIVED's own tracker is like WC2B5QD-11718-ALL — letters and numbers with hyphens. That is a shape, not a real parcel. Your ID is in your HIVED email or text.

Why is my HIVED tracking page not updating?

Live tracking only starts when the driver leaves the depot with your parcel; before that the page shows the collected and at-depot stages. You get an email and text when it is out for delivery. If you got those and the page still does not move, contact support via live chat.

What happens if I miss my HIVED delivery?

HIVED automatically tries again tomorrow, and will try a neighbour if you are out. After three failed attempts the parcel goes back to the retailer. You can reschedule, or set a safe place or neighbour, from the 'Delivery preferences' section of your tracking page.

Does HIVED deliver outside London?

Yes — Greater London (inside the M25) plus Brighton, Bristol, Bath, Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton and Portsmouth. Collection from retailers is nationwide, but delivery is only inside that area. Birmingham and Manchester are planned, not confirmed.

How do I contact HIVED?

There is no phone number. Use live chat on the HIVED help centre (9am–8pm, seven days a week) or email support@hived.space.
